The continued well being of the club depends on subscriptions being paid promptly. I am pleased to confirm that the recent club AGM agreed to hold subscriptions at last year’s levels and, in addition, members now have free use of the floodlights.
You can pay by one of two methods as detailed in the attached Subscriptions Form:
- · In full, by cheque only, to Club Treasurer, Mabeth Allan, 20 Viewpark Drive
- · By Standing Order.
If paying by Standing Order please ensure that this is in place as soon as possible and ideally by 20th April. It may be that you do not require to make any changes to your Standing Order for payments to continue; however, many Standing Orders are set up with a completion date so please ensure that payments will continue. You may also have to change your Standing Order if membership details, ages etc. have changed. A Standing Order form is attached with full details. This can be printed off and copies are available in the clubhouse; however, it may be that you can simply change your Standing Order online.
Whether or not your membership details have changed it is also important that you complete the 2013/14 Subscriptions Form – this helps to make sure that the club has accurate, up-to-date, contact details for you. This can be printed off and given, along with payment, to Mabeth at the above address (again, copies are also available in the clubhouse). For family memberships please provide details for all individuals to be covered by the membership. If, however, you are completing for two separate people (e.g. yourself and a child or two friends) please complete separate forms for each.
Alternatively, it is even easier to submit your details online by clicking on the following link; this only takes a couple of minutes: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/rltcsubscription
If you submit your Subscriptions Form online, remember that you still need to arrange payment by one of the above methods.
You will see that the form asks for your permission for contact details to be shared with club members. The purpose of this is so that members can easily contact one another to arrange practices, club championship matches and so on. If you give your permission, contact details will be posted in the clubhouse and provided to members on request.
If you have any queries at all, use the contact the club button on the home page
